I didn’t most of my day working on a CS project today. That and sleeping. And eating.
However, I did pay some guitar, and I was fiddling about with some chords. I stumbled upon this progression that felt kinda cheesy.
Em, C, G, D
Em, C, B7
And then as perhaps a chorus,
C, Am, B7, Em
C, Am, B7 (or Bdim/Ddim)
It’s right on the border of things I like and things I can’t stand…perhaps I’ll put it to use someday.
B7 is “the ‘50 Ways to Say Goodbye‘ chord” for me.
Grr…that border. Actually, I’m pretty sure it’s not a border at all…there are definitely songs that are in both groups.
